Website and waitlist: we are the data controller

For data you give us on this website, Evanlee Ltd is the data controller.

What we collect: your email address, and optionally your name, company and role.

Why: to contact you about Nuggetbase, including early access.

Lawful basis: your consent, and our legitimate interests in running and growing our business.

How long we keep it: We keep waitlist details for 6 months from the date you sign up, then delete them - unless you become a customer, or you ask us to delete them sooner.

The application: we are a data processor

For data your organisation puts into a Nuggetbase workspace, your organisation is the controller and Evanlee Ltd acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement (DPA).

• Customer data is hosted in the EU.
• We never train AI models on customer data.
• Connectors are read-only. We never write back to your systems.

• Lovable and Supabase - website hosting and waitlist database
• Vercel - application hosting
• Neon - application database (EU)
• Resend - transactional email
• Google - Google sign-in, and the Google Drive connector where a customer chooses to connect it

Cookies

We only use cookies that are essential for the website and application to work. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or erase it;
• object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time;
• complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or your local supervisory authority in the EU.
